Asparagus forms the base of this nice little crunchy salty side salad that complements a meal well.

How to make it:
- Flash fry asparagus spears in hot olive oil with a little salt.
- Toast sunflour seeds in a dry pan.
- Mix and serve.

- Heat some olive oil in a pan until hot.
- Chuck in some washed asparagus spears.
- Grind a little salt over it. This will add crispiness.
- Optionally toast some sunflour seeds in a hot dry pan. Other types of seed work well too eg pumpkin seeds.
- Mix and serve.
